How can a grace period be requested from Patent Office during inability to submit original documents(including POA, Certified copies, Form1) ?
By Virtue of rule6(6) , a petition by virtue of rule 137 under Patent Rules needs to be filed to request controller to condone the delay.The rules can be found at-http://ipindia.nic.in/writereaddata/Portal/ev/rules-index.html
