Loan will be given to promoters - earlier - people had to go for private finance - now banks will step into it and take charge
Eligibility: NPA or Stressed MSME
Guarantee: Govt will provide support of Rs. 4,000 Crores to CGTMSE which will provide partial credit guarantee support to Banks.
Whom to be given: Promoters will be given debt by Banks which will then be infused by promoter as equity in Unit.
